Insurance
Dr. O'Donnell does not bill insurance. 

Payment
Cash and check are accepted for payment.  The use of major credit cards is also acceptable with advanced notice.

Cancellation Policy
Please contact Dr. O'Donnell 24 hours in advance if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment.  If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not provided proper notification, you will be billed for the full cost of the session.
